The Diet Check is a system I designed to quickly provide pragmatic and objective information about nutritional supplements related to the modern diet. You can think of it as the tldr (too long, didn't read) of my blog posts if you are looking for whether or not a nutritional supplement is friendly to your diet.

About the Ratings

Keto

  • Yes - Totally keto. You could eat this and have lots of flexibility in what you eat later.
  • Friendly - It is keto, but eating this would mean you'd need to watch what else you ate.
  • No - Not keto. Either goes over your carb limit or comes very close to your carb limit.

Volumetricity

  • Very high - Near zero calorie foods
  • High - Lots of nutrition for little calories
  • Moderate - Average, around expected amount of calories to size
  • Low - Lots of calories for small portion of food
  • Very low - Extreme amounts of calories for little to no nutritional value (candy, soda)

Vegetarian

  • Vegan - No animal byproducts
  • Vegetarian - Contains animal byproducts but not actual animal.
  • No - Contains actual animal

Paleo

  • Yes - It is Paleo
  • No - Not paleo friendly.
